We offer deep cleaning on all hard tile floors. Our process we use Green-Seal Certified cleaning supplies. This is inportant for several reasons.
First we should all be concerned with our environment, second many cleaners for hard tiles are acid base cleaners. The acid base cleaners do a great job getting hard tile floors clean but acid opens up the finish on your tiles and after cleaning with these type of cleaners your floor attracts and holds more dirt quicker then before.
Our system cleans your floors and close the pours of your finish on your tile so dirt does not become in-bedded in this tile as quickly or at all after our cleaning process. Hard tile floors can somewhat be restored like stone and can be re-polished. We also use new penetrating sealers to help protect your flooring.
Today there is several different types of ceramic tile and hard tile types of flooring. Some are textured and some are smooth. Many hard tile floors look like stone or even wood but not all have grooves or grout lines. Most tile floors can be polished to restore the top surface and the grout lines can be cleaned and sealed.
If the proper cleaning system and penetrating sealer is used it can add years to the life of your flooring investment and signifcantly reduce the normal maintenance cost of your flooring. Many hard surface tile cleaners are acid based and are too harsh for your floors. They open up the pores of the floor and then allow dirt to be attracted faster. Hard surface tile floors can become slippery when wet and a anti=slip treatment can be applied to accomplish a safer environment. Today there are even special color sealers to enhance or change the color of your grout and these new products will not stain or discolor.
